New Members will now have all posts placed in the moderation queue

Okay, I don't know wtf happened but I'm making this post again. From now on all new members will have their posts placed into the moderation queue by default due to spammers posting their crap. This means that a moderator or administrator will have to manually okay all of their posts before they show up on the boards. If you have a friend who joins who we know isn't a spambot I can put him into another use group to bypass this.

Now hopefully this time this post will stay here and so will the options I selected in the AdminCP.
