Actually it's false. Old Wive's Tale. It takes the same amount of time to pass through the body as anything else we eat, but it doesn't actually break down like everything else - meaning it's indigestible.

I'll say False. Bears usually live between 25 - 40 years on average, so I doubt there have been any past the 60 years mark (at most).
